The University of Makeni (UniMak), a private institution in the Northern Province of Sierra Leone, has opened its online portal for applications to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses for the 2024/2025 academic year.
UniMak has also informed students currently enrolled in terminal programs (Diploma and Certificate courses) who wish to transition to degree courses that they must meet the University’s minimum entry requirements.
Prospective students can obtain an application PIN at any Eco Bank branch in the country. The fees are NLe 850 for Undergraduate courses, NLe 500 for Masters programs, and NLe 2,000 for PhD courses. Applicants are directed to visit the institution’s website at www.unimak.edu.sl for comprehensive details on entry requirements for various courses, departments, and faculties. Candidates awaiting their WASSCE results are also eligible to apply.
The deadline for purchasing and submitting applications for Undergraduate programs is Friday, September 30, 2024. Applications for Postgraduate programs remain open until further notice.
