Orange Sierra Leone recently concluded a successful four-day regional stakeholder engagement tour across the Eastern, Southern, and Northern regions of Sierra Leone. Led by Chief Commercial Officer Haffie Haffner and CEO of Orange Money, David Mansaray, the tour visited key districts, including Bo, Makeni, Kenema, Kabala, Kambia, and Kono. The goal was to strengthen stakeholder relationships, engage in open dialogue, and share insights on the company’s network modernization efforts.
The tour kicked off in Kono District with a courtesy visit to Paramount Chief Tamba Amadu, where Haffner reaffirmed Orange’s commitment to listening to customer needs and improving network reliability. In Kenema, the delegation met with local leaders to discuss network infrastructure improvements.
In the Northern Region, the team visited Makeni and Kabala, where Section Chief John Turay of Talent Town acknowledged recent network improvements and called for better communication on developments. In Kambia, CEO Mansaray emphasized the importance of gathering feedback on network performance.
The tour reflects Orange Sierra Leone’s commitment to building strong relationships with local communities and ensuring its services meet the needs of Sierra Leoneans. As part of its ongoing efforts, the company has invested heavily in network infrastructure to enhance service reliability and expand mobile and data coverage nationwide. This initiative reinforces Orange’s proactive approach to fostering modernization and inclusivity in the telecommunications sector.
